1. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful, personal or business purposes. Please don't misuse it: no spamming, hacking, overloading the site, scraping it in bulk, or using it to harm others or break the law.
2. The AI agents
- Our AI agents are free tools for learning, writing and brainstorming. AI can make mistakes. Answers may be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- Nothing from the agents is professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Check anything important with a qualified person or a trusted source.
- You are responsible for how you use what the agents produce. Don't use them to create harmful, illegal or misleading content.
3. The Marketplace
- The Marketplace lists AI products made by independent creators. Each listing links to the creator's own website or checkout.
- We are not the seller. Purchases, payments, delivery, refunds and support are between you and the creator. We review listings before they go live, but we don't guarantee any creator's product.
- If something looks wrong, tap the product and choose Report, or email us.
4. For creators
- By submitting a product, you confirm you own it or have the right to sell or share it, and that your listing is accurate and legal.
- You keep ownership of your product. You give us permission to show your product's name, description, link and images on the site and in our emails and social posts to promote it.
- We may decline, edit for formatting, feature, or remove any listing at our discretion, for example if it's misleading, low quality, infringes someone's rights, or breaks these terms.
- Listing and Featured spots are free during our launch. Later, Featured spots may become a paid plan. We'll tell creators before any price applies to them, and no one is charged without signing up for it.
5. Our content
The site's design, logo, text, 3D brain and code belong to Use Superintelligence. You may share links and short quotes, but please don't copy the site or our branding.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or right for your needs.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Use Superintelligence isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from third-party products, creators' websites, or decisions made using AI answers. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to $100.
8. Changes and ending access
We may update the site and these terms over time. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and the latest version applies from then on. We may limit or end access for anyone who misuses the site.
