Use Superintelligence ("we", "us") runs usesuperintelligence.com: an interactive 3D brain, free AI agents, and a marketplace for AI creators. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- Newsletter signups: your email address, so we can send our weekly email.
- Free product requests: your email address and which product you asked for, so we can send you the link.
- Creator submissions: your name or brand, email, social profile (optional), and the product details you send us (title, type, price, link, description).
- Reports: which listing was reported, so we can review it.
- Chats with our AI agents: what you type is sent to an AI model to write a reply. We don't save your conversations in our database or use them to build a profile of you.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider processes things such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site, keep it secure, and count visits.
We don't ask for passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive personal information. Please don't type sensitive personal details into the AI agents.
How we use it
- To run the site and the AI agents, and to send the emails you asked for.
- To review, list and contact creators about their products.
- To prevent spam and abuse, and to improve the site.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who helps us
We use trusted service providers that process information only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare: hosting, security, storage and the AI models (Workers AI).
- Resend: sending automatic emails (confirmations, download links).
- Mailchimp: sending our newsletter.
- Google Workspace: our business email.
Products in the Marketplace link to each creator's own website or checkout. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.
Storage on your device
We use your browser's local storage for small conveniences, like remembering that you closed the "Object of the day" card or already subscribed. We don't use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and submissions for as long as you're subscribed or your listing is live, or as long as needed to run the site. When you ask us to delete your information, we remove it within 30 days, unless we must keep something to meet a legal duty.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time using the link in any newsletter, or by replying "unsubscribe".
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@usesuperintelligence.com.
- Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have extra rights. Email us and we'll help.
Children
The site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use secure connections (HTTPS) and keep access to our systems limited. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be announced on the site or in our newsletter.
